Order processing

Please allow up to 3 working days to process your order. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!

 

Domestic shipping rates

Orders are generally shipped within 7 working days using DPD or Evri.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For most of our products, the rate is the following:

Option 1	0.1lb–0.5lb	£1.80
Option 2	0.6lb–1lb	£2.20
Option 3	1.1lb–1.5lb	£3.20
Option 4	1.6lb–2lb	£3.30
Option 5	2.1lb–2.5lb	£3.40

 

International shipping

For orders weighted at less than 20lb, the price of shipping outside the UK is a flat fee of £20.

 

Other

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shop@freedomfromtorture.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
